Exercise Report Week 6

Saturday - Didn’t do much as I was in Nottingham for my tutorial
Sunday - An hour at the Gym - now starting to increase my weights and using the interval programmes on the stepper and bike.
Monday - 30 minute walk at lunchtime
Tuesday - 30 minute walk at lunchtime
Wednesday - 1 hour at the gym after work
Thursday - Had a rest day
Friday - Gym after work
I have now lost 2.5 kg since the start of the year, just by eating healthily most of the time (still have meals out and treats sometimes) and keeping going with the exercise. I’m starting to be able to wear clothes that I couldn’t get fastened a couple of months back, which is the nicest thing ![]()
