Fantastic! As I’ve read in some other texts, that whole “be like the bottom of the ocean” idea. No matter what’s going on at the top of the ocean (waves, turmoil, storms or beauty), the bottom of the ocean remains untouched.

I’ve not heard the bottom of the ocean one, but it’s a great ideal to work towards.
