Season of Goodwill (Part Three)

Twenty-five days to make a difference.
On the theme of kindness and showing the world that we can make a difference through our actions, I’d like to feature Laura’s Blog. Reading all the positive things on this blog almost makes me miss teaching the younger kids (almost!). Well done Laura and all the classrooms around the globe who have signed up to this challenge.
So I’m going to have a go at the meme myself…
1. In your opinion, what does it mean to make a difference?
It means doing what you can to make life better in some way. Maybe some of the things I don’t seem to matter, but lots of little things still add up. It’s feeling that I can do something and I am not helpless.
2. What is an example of a unique way to make a difference?
The most unique thing I’ve done to make a difference is give blood. Only I can give my blood, no-one else can do it for me. It’s small thing that might save someone’s life.
3. Who has made a difference in YOUR life this week?
My husband-to-be has made a difference in my life by always being there for me and loving me even when things have been hard.
4. If I didn’t have a blog, would you still be making a difference?
I would still be doing this, but I like that by blogging you can see what other people are doing and swapping comments is really helpful. I could still do the things I do like giving to charity and choosing to keep unkind words to myself (this second thing is hard sometimes!).
5. What is your favourite thing about the internet?
I’ve liked the fact that I’ve “met” so many cool people through blogging and message boards, and I also love to find things out so it’s great just to be able to type in your question and find things out right away. I do need to limit my time online sometimes as it can be addictive.
Ok, now to tag some people (fun!) I’m going to grab some of the bloggers of kindness - father sez, joy, yanik and Book Club Classics. Just copy and paste the questions, answer them in your blog and link back to me. Easy peasy!

Stumble It!
